**About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services**

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. It needs to be a welcoming and flourishing environment, offering opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop. You can make a difference and support people on their journey towards a brighter future. At Changing Lives, we offer a home rather than just a shelter.

**About the Job**

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference, to work alongside colleagues in Changing Lives to support individuals to improve their quality of life, and to deliver an excellent service for everyone, in line with the organisation’s mission, service goals, values and associated regulations, guidance and legislature.

A little about the project, Whitehead Street is a mixed project; we offer 16 self-contained flats for individuals, who can have a range of needs. The offer to each individual is that of a client-focused service for up to 6 to 12 months, protecting the safety and security of all residents living in Changing Lives accommodation and ensuring that the individual has the skills and resilience to move forward to a brighter future.
