WE ARE HIRING Our team is growing and we require another three Wellbeing Support Workers in South Tyneside to do the right thing, the right way
We have three positions available starting at 25 hours per week up to 42 hours per week.
As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in implementing the 7 Keys to Citizenship framework within our organisation and supporting individuals in achieving their full potential.
You will work closely with a diverse range of individuals, to enhance their wellbeing and promote active citizenship, including those with Learning disabilities, Autism and/or Mental ill health.
The working schedule for this position follows a two week rotation, which is made up of **4 days one week** and **3 days the following week**, this includes alternative **weekend work.**
- Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun
- Week 2 - Wed, Thur, Fri
We are offering a full time equivalent salary of £27,300 per annum.
**Skills and Experience**
- Level 2 or above in a Health and Social Care related topic and/or relevant experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar support role.
- Strong understanding of the 7 Keys to Citizenship framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting individuals.
