WE ARE HIRING Our team is growing and we require another Wellbeing Support Practitioner in South Tyneside to do the right thing, the right way

As a Wellbeing Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in implementing the 7 Keys to Citizenship framework within our organisation and supporting individuals in achieving their full potential. You will work closely with a diverse range of individuals, to enhance their wellbeing and promote active citizenship, including those with Learning disabilities, Autism and/or Mental ill health.

The daily hours for this position will be spaced with gaps to allow for breaks. Your rota would be as follows: Monday - Friday & Sunday; 06:15 - 08:15, 08:30 - 09:15, 12:30 - 13:15, 15:45 - 19:45 and 20:15-21:00.

The successful applicant would work alternative set days each week, they would be as follows**:Week 1** - Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun. **Week 2** - Wed, Thur, Fri

We are offering a full time equivalent salary ranging between £26,500 and £27,500 per annum.

**Skills and Experience**
- Level 2 or above in a Health and Social Care related topic and/or relevant experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar support role.
- Strong understanding of the 7 Keys to Citizenship framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting individuals.
