**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Load and unloading goods from vehicles, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Optimise delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with deliveries and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the delivery vehicle and workshop area.
- Provide paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer queries or concerns professionally.
- Assist with workshop duties.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a driving t is preferred, particularly as a delivery driver or van driver.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving licence is required; additional qualifications for operating flatbed vehicles would be beneficial.
