**We are looking for a Finance Business Partner**

Within our Roots Division we are looking for a diligent, self-motivated team player who can exceed in their duties to help us retain our position as a leading roots supplier in the UK.

You will be required to work across two of our sites in Cambridgeshire, in Isleham CB7 and Yaxley, PE7. This a full-time permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.

**The job role**

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Oversee preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts and other management information covering the divisions profitability and margin analysis by customer and product.
- Leading the weekly flash review meetings, challenging performance and ensuring functional managers are held to account whilst ensuring decisions and behaviours drive the best outcome for the division.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to identify and provide information which will aid robust decision making.
- Working with other Finance Business Partners in order to ensure consistency and best practice is adopted across the group, sharing of ideas and initiatives.
- Providing supporting data to central finance to assist with group cash and forex forecasting.
- Responsible for all aspects of the financial accuracy and controls within Navision ledger and be Audit ready at all times.
- Production and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts to include P&L, cashflow and balance sheet.
- Production of new product costing’s and tenders which are robust, transparent and agreed by all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee balance sheet recs to ensure they are reviewed and produced timely and with relevant backup.

**What we will be looking for in your skills set**
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
- 5+ years proven experience in a Finance position.
- Ability to prepare and analyse management accounts.
- Understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and identification of risks on the ledger.
- Food industry experience would be desirable.
- Comfortable and confident enough to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- Advanced level of Excel/computer literacy.
