Full training is given, so the right attitude is more important to us than horticultural experience, although fully qualified Greenkeepers or Lawn Care Operatives are not, of course, discouraged from applying.

**Salary: 24k Starting Basic + Commission - With Opportunity To Develop Territory**

**Location: Across North Devon**

You will be responsible for:

- Carrying out lawn care services on customers' properties, such as Aeration, Scarification, Weedkilling, Fertilising using the Greenkeepers method
- Organising and managing your daily work assignments and assisting colleagues with their own workloads when necessary
- Ensuring accurate completion of the work along with the administration associated with the role
- Developing and managing our lawns in North Devon
- Representing the company’s high standards
- Building strong relationships with our customers and internal team

Key requirements for this role are:

- An understanding and desire to follow company wide set methodologies and processes
- This is a physically demanding role - Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to recommend and sell additional services offered by the company
- Demonstrable experience of offering outstanding customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- The ability to multitask, prioritise workload, to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience of driving a company vehicle is preferred but not essential
- A genuine desire to learn is **ESSENTIAL**:

- PA1 & PA6 preferred but not essential
