Estate Agency - Lettings Negotiator

Key responsibilities within the role will be:

- Arranging property valuations and viewings
- Achieving lettings targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining contact with both tenants and landlords
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Promoting our services and generating referral leads

Basic annual salary ranging between £20,000 to £22,000, dependent on your experience plus commissions.

The role will be full time, working Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays with time in lieu for Saturdays worked.
