My client who is based in Bournemouth is currently recruiting for a Technical Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client is a large company based in Bournemouth.

**Description**

As the Technical Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with operators to ensure all necessary maintenance data has been supplied and is sufficient to complete any requested maintenance
- Creation of Scheduled Base/Line & bi-weekly Work Packs for maintenance tasks requested
- Reviewing and posting the processing of completed work packs for creation of any additional certification documents required such as Logbook Certificates.
- The scanning, safe storage and shipping of documentation to clients

**Profile**

In order to be considered for the role you will:

- Have previous experience in business or technical administration support
- Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Be well organised
