**About The Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Day to Day Contractor Management team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our contractor services. You will be a key player in organising works, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our customers receive timely and high-quality service and updates. You will be working in a reactive maintenance team and fast paced working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise works with day-to-day specialist contractors to achieve service delivery and performance targets.
- Communicate with customers about appointment slots, work duration, and any follow-up works required.
- Communicate with contractors regarding quality, compliance, and timeliness of their work.
- Facilitate accurate reporting of work progress and completions by contractors.
- Work alongside stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate complex repairs.
- Raise and allocate works to contractors using our purchase order, repairs, and finance systems in accordance with defined approval levels and Financial Regulations.

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge or experience in a social housing or contracting repair role (D).
- Understand KPIs and have experience in interpreting data to provide suitable outcomes.
- Great communicator with the ability to build rapport.
- Accurate record-keeping and computer skills.
- Confident in lone working and a good team player.
- Flexible approach to work and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Resilient, adaptable, and have an open, friendly personality with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
