**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Typing quotations, being the main liason for our customer care section.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers is required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,096.00-£21,112.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 28 per week
