**Your role**:
You’ll be a go-to contact for internal teams and partners alike, making sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Whether it's managing communication with partners or collaborating with merchandising, marketing, IT, logistics, and finance—you’ll be essential in keeping information flowing and projects moving forward.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- **Be the key link**:Act as the connection between our partners, Claire’s Support Office, and Field Operations, keeping everyone in sync on assigned projects.
- **Support Operations**:Help the Operations Managers handle partner communications and inquiries, ensuring everything from sales data to new store openings is on track.
- **Stay on top of the details**:Lead and follow up on processes for non-polling stores, making sure sales data is processed efficiently.
- **Boost sales & cut losses**:Own the partner file process (New Item & Price Files), coordinating with IT and Merchandising to ensure smooth operations and mínimal errors.
- **New store support**:Help document, communicate, and assist in opening, closing, or remodeling stores across the region.
- **SALE process guru**:Co-ordinate and successfully implement the SALE process, collaborating with partners, field teams, and IT.
- **Keep things running smoothly**:Help with quality control during field concession visits, providing feedback and recommendations to improve operations.
- **Process improvement**:Identify and suggest ways to streamline and document processes to keep us performing at our best.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience working in multi-functional departments, juggling projects, and understanding complex business needs.
- Ideally, experience in a large international business or in a similar role working with retail partners.
- Fluent in English—bonus points if you speak German, Spanish, French, or Italian
- Organizational superstar who meets deadlines, can juggle multiple tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the drive to tackle challenges head-on.
- A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Contract & Location**:

- This is a **16-month fixed term contract **.
- **Hybrid working**: 3 days a week from our European HQ in Erdington, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
