**Hours**:40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

Permanent Contract

Fusion People are working with a highly regarded construction hire company to recruit a Scheduling Supervisor to manage a team of Planning Administrators working with our team on site. Will need to live locally or be able to drive to work.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing team of Planning Administrators and monitoring targets, schedules and effective scheduling of engineers and hire bookings.
- Raising and preparing quotations for customer repairs
- Organising and planning engineer's schedules for routine maintenance and breakdowns on machinery
- Working with the parts team to ensure parts are available for engineers to attend site
- Assisting the administration department, booking jobs onto the in-house system
- Keeping customers updated and informed with progress on the job
- All other ad-hoc duties

**Work experience requirements**:

- Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries. Transport and/or hire desk experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Good level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Ability to multitask
- Mathematically competent with good IT skills
- Confident and clear telephone manner

**Education Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
