With a strong emphasis on leadership, growth, and aligning with company values, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Operations. This role is key in supporting and providing exceptional customer service to the businesses customers.

**Job Summary**
As Customer Care Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve inquiries and issues. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and oversee the customer process across the business
- Greet customers and welcome them into the centre including showing facilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure that the team exceeds customer expectations and collects customer feedback
- Ensure all facilities meet the businesses expectations
- Deliver information about the company’s products and services
- Answers queries and concerns about the company's products and services
- Handle customer administrative tasks
- Ensure all communication with customers is logged in the company CRM
- Work across all provisions of the business to align customer care
- Work closely with the management team to align and develop customer care and improve the customer experience
- Day to day support working closely with the director

**The salary will be aligned taking into consideration previous skill set and experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
