Your road to success

As the senior member of the team, we expect you to responsibly order and deliver new vehicles via the Ebbon Dacs Leaslink system and/or manual processing, whilst building first-rate customer and supplier relationships. This role is vital in the delivery of service excellence to the Athlon UK customer portfolio, and contributing to the growth and development of the department.

Additional key responsibilities will include acting as first point of contact for any escalation topics and being the principal support person for the rest of the team, before escalating to the department head.

You will be accountable for providing management information on pipeline, confirmed orders, deliveries and dealer performance for the weekly and monthly board of management reporting.

As well as a wide range of administrative duties and activities, you will be the main point for contact for our nominated dealer network “supplier network”, so relationship building and managing those relationships are a vital part of this role.

You will also be responsible for supplier payments for vehicle invoices, working closely with our Sales Support function, managing customer expectations at all times.

You can do this as a Senior Purchasing Coordinator (Vehicle Ordering/Processing) with full focus on:
Communication with customers and vehicle suppliers to identify vehicle requirements;
Liaising with nominated dealers/obtaining quotations and issuing vehicle purchase orders via Ebbon Dacs;
Progressing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated;
Liaison between dealer and customer to arrange new vehicle delivery;
Payment of supplier vehicle invoices;
Ensuring customer expectations are managed at all times;
Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and inter departmental activities;
Reporting weekly using our Purchasing systems and internal SLA’s.

You will also have attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
Knowledge and understanding of Fleet leasing solutions desirable, but not essential;

High level of Customer service experience and ability to demonstrate use of initiative in order to aid departmental productivity;
