An exciting opportunity has arisen working with the Aiming High Short Breaks team. The fixed term post will cover maternity leave from 18 August 2025 - 13 February 2026 in the first instance.

You will be part of a core team devising and delivering short break opportunities for children and young people with additional and complex needs.

You must have excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will be able to inform, advise and guide staff who work with children and young people with disabilities and be able to model good practice.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills. You must have experience maintaining clear, accurate and up to date records

You will be flexible, motivated and committed. You must have a passion for improving the lives of disabled children and their families.

You will be required to undertake relevant training. You will be required to attend team meetings, follow good practice and contribute to a wide-ranging programme of activities.
