_Our client is looking to recruit a Clerk Administrator that will ensure a first-class professional, approachable, and efficient clerking service upon which their professional clients can rely._
- **NG1, Nottingham City Centre**:

- **£23,166 per annum**:

- **45 hours per week, Mon - Fri / 8am - 6pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily data entry of instructions, briefs, professional fees, and related items using the clients' case management and other systems
- Processing of professional clients’ communications
- The management of Counsel’s diaries
- Liaison with Court Diary Managers / Listing Offices and other legal professional organisations
- Supervision of outgoing mail

**Experience and Skills required**:

- At least 12 month’s recent experience of working in a professional services environment
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Good time management and ability to prioritise own workload
- Possess good listening skills
- Excellent keyboard skills, and high attention to detail
- The ability to work using your own initiative
- Ability to work with others
- Excellent IT Skills including the use of Microsoft Office, entry of data into Case Management Systems and File Hosting Services
- The ability to seek, locate and utilise information which is essential to undertake the activities of the job role
- Concern for order, quality, accuracy, teamwork, and cooperation
