**Business Admin Role - IT Hardware Distribution** Join our dynamic team at a leading, fast-paced IT Hardware Distribution company We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Business Administrator** to support our operations and help keep our processes running smoothly. About the Role: In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, administering IT parts to create a "bill of works" for our configuration department. Using our internal database, you’ll ensure all processes are completed with precision and efficiency. The role also involves some physical lifting and moving of IT components, so a good level of fitness and strength is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Process and manage IT parts using the company’s internal database to prepare accurate "bill of works" for the configuration team. - Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks. - Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving IT hardware as needed. - Collaborate with the configuration department and warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow. - Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For - **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks. - **Physical Fitness**: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving IT hardware. - **Team Player**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - **IT Knowledge (Advantage)**: While a background in IT hardware is a plus, full training will be provided. - **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a busy setting.
