Your portfolio of clients will be at the forefront in everything you do as you continue to provide a concierge level of service. As a Claims Advocate at Aon some of your key daily responsibilities will include: - Advising and guiding your clients on policy coverage - Leading the claims negotiation process through active Advocacy with clients, insurers, experts and loss adjusters - Leading the claims relationship with major clients, including regular meetings and the delivery of claims reports - Claims data analysis and reporting to identify areas and trends of concern - Aligning with all regulatory requirements and business procedures - Maintaining a robust claims diary with regular reviews - Being actively involved in new business opportunities, including the preparation of tenders and participating in new business pitches **How this opportunity is different,** This is much more than a "post office" style role. You'll be working very closely with the client broking teams and will play an active part in renewal preparations when required too.
