Are you passionate about the arts and eager to support a thriving cultural scene in Luton? We are looking for a Luton Arts Program Support Administrator to play a key role in delivering a vibrant, two-and-a-half-year initiative funded by Arts Council England, Luton Council, and Luton Rising, and delivered through the Luton Arts and Culture Strategy Group.

In this vital support role, you will provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Luton Arts team and the Creative Luton steering group. You’ll also help coordinate events and contribute to marketing efforts that promote the Luton Arts Program to a wider audience.

Your responsibilities will include processing payments, tracking program budgets, and ensuring smooth communication and organisation across the partnership. If you're detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about supporting arts and culture, we’d love to have you on board.

**About you**:
We’re seeking a confident and capable **Luton Arts Program Support Administrator** to join our team in supporting the delivery of a major cultural initiative in the town. This role calls for someone with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively and assertively with a wide range of people, including the public, partners, and senior managers.

Strong organisational skills are essential, as you’ll be managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. You'll be responsible for preparing a variety of complex documents, collating information, drafting professional correspondence, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth programme operations.

An understanding of equality and inclusion is key, and the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in spoken English is essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is required, as is the flexibility to travel between office locations and programme sites across Luton.
