Our Cross Keys is a historic characterful pub which is wonderfully situated in Aldeburgh to serve locals and visitors alike. With welcoming roaring fires in the colder months and a great terrace looking out to sea for when the sun is shining where we serve welcoming home cooked food.

What do we want?

Working on a 45-hour contract we are looking for a strong individual with previous hospitality experience perhaps looking for their first step up into a supervisory role.

You will need to be:

- Flexible - able to cover a variety of split and straight shifts 5/7 days per week including bank holidays and weekends.
- Manage, train and develop younger members of the team, have a good understanding of operational standards
- Run shifts from the front, be a real team player and input and implement new ideas
- Be able to work on the floor and on the bar
- Be responsible for securing the premises and closing the tills down on occasions
- Competitive salary £24,570

We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic with a ‘hands on' attitude who will roll out the red carpet to deliver the best customer service on all occasions.

As Supervisor you will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained using your previous experiences and knowledge to assist in leading and supervising our lovely team.

You will maintain our excellent reputation by leading from the front, motivating the team and be highly organised and a team player. You will have a good understanding of operational standards, processes and systems.
