Newly created opportunity for a friendly and efficient Contract Administrator with previous experience in facilities or maintenance to join our growing organisation. This role is responsible for effective and accurate administration of the facilities management system, planning and coordinating maintenance and reactive work for internal engineers and sub-contractors.
**Contract Administrator - Job Overview**
- Scheduling jobs, engineers diaries, updating systems, ordering parts, document submissions.
- Ensure all client requests are dealt with in an efficient manner, providing comprehensive feedback where necessary.
- Supporting clients with arranging maintenance works, emergency call outs with our internal engineers or sub-contractors.
- Ensure all maintenance, reactive and callouts related works from the previous day have the correct information (labour, materials) and have been closed off and ready for invoice if necessary.
- Supporting Finance team with monthly contractual billing and extra works invoicing, submitting all purchase or variation orders.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance teams and sub-contractors work schedules
- Handle and progress day-to-day queries from the clients, service desk and contractors
- Provide small project quotations
- Support the team with administration tasks as required
- Accurate data input for reporting
**Contract Administrator - Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous knowledge and understanding of maintenance and facilities management
- Customer service focussed with strong communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent Grade C and above to include English and Maths
**Contract Administrator - Benefits Offered**
- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
- 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- 21 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays
- On site parking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
