**ABOUT US**

Applecross is a family run care home. We care for elderly residents and also have a specialist unit that cares for younger people. Since 1997, Applecross has provided expert care for people with physical disabilities and other illnesses that require short-term or long-term nursing support. Recognising the unique needs of each individual, our highly trained and professional, caring staff aim to meet the needs of each person through a carefully designed and individualised care plan.

**ABOUT YOU**

As Team Leader you will assist with daily activities providing residents with both physical and emotional support and personal care as needed. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift, you will assign specific tasks to the care assistants and monitor their completion. You will develop, review and update the residents personal care plan to meet their changing physical, social and psychological needs, complete risk assessments and arrange ongoing care reviews with family and other medical professionals.

You must have 12 months plus experience in this role with an SVQ Level 3. You must also have experience of administering medication.
