**ABOUT US**

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to join lead our team of dedicated nursing and care staff in our home where we specialise in providing long term care for younger people with a range of complex needs including acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Huntington’s disease.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Clinical Lead Nurse you will assist in supporting the home’s operation in order to meet, or exceed targets whilst ensuring high quality care is delivered through the day to day management of the team. You will be expected to lead the team whilst managing rota and team performance.

You will help train and supervise care and nursing staff in all aspects of their work through direct teaching and by example. You will be involved in assisting the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents, ensuring residents care plans and daily records are maintained for each resident and promoting good liaison with the relatives of residents and outside agencies.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a qualified registered Nurse with a current NMC registration. You are able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You have experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and that rotas are in place to enable smooth efficient running of home.

You will be experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.

You will be an energetic, committed and approachable manager who is passionate about offering superior services and wants to make a difference in everything they do.

**Salary**: £46,000.00 per year
