**JOB TYPE**:PERMANENT

**HOURS**:0900-1700 (flexi hours) 37 hours per week
**SALARY**:up to £23k per annum

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:
- Pro-actively communicate with over 400 Bank employees via phone to obtain their availability
- Meticulously checking the compliance and suitability of staff
- Build effective relationships with bank staff, services, clients, and agencies
- Maintain internal databases accurately
- Partake as a panel member on interviews and bank recruitment open days
- Monitor and maintain all databases and systems
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:
- Experience working within Resourcing, an agency, Recruitment, HR, a training setting, or a very busy call centre
- Experience office high level administration work
- Experience of IT systems, databases, and MS Office
- Able to prioritise own workload, meet deadlines and be self-motivated
- Ability to Multi-task at a very fast pace
