We are looking for someone to join the pharmacy purchasing team at Imperial College Healthcare Trust.
You will need to have good computer skills undertaking a variety of tasks ranging from placing orders, receiving and matching invoices, including for our patients on homecare. You will get to deal with internal staff and external clients such as wholesalers and pharmaceutical companies on the telephone so you will need to enjoy dealing with people.
To provide a high quality drug procurement service for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
To ensure efficient cost effective drug procurement is undertaken at all times
To ensure all invoices are processed for payment accurately, within terms and according to Trust Financial Standing Instructions / Orders
To source information relating to drug availability as required and when requested
To provide an ordering and invoicing service for specialist homecare services
