Day Lewis are recruiting for two high-profile Sales Associate roles to work within the Harrods Pharmacy. Joining this well known, established luxury retailer would be an ideal career move for anyone looking for their next career move. We are ideally looking for full time but can consider part time.

As a Luxury Pharmacy Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for high-end clientele within Harrods Pharmacy.

Key areas of knowledge and experience we are looking for include:
**Customer Service**
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide personalised assistance to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Offer in-depth product knowledge and information on luxury brands.
- Ensure an unforgettable experience that reflects both Harrods & Day Lewis Pharmacy values and a commitment to excellence.

**Sales**
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing and selling luxury products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience, so they get the best for their health.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and upcoming luxury health/wellness trends.

**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and details of all health products in the store.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise.
- Educate customers on the craftsmanship, materials, and unique qualities of luxury pharmacy products.

**Visual Merchandising**
- Assist with the arrangement and maintenance of store displays to showcase luxury products attractively.
- Ensure that the store's visual standards align with the brand's image.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the management.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele.
- Keep a record of customer preferences and purchase history to personalise future interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Operational Tasks**
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Prescription Handling**
- Assist in the handing-out and taking-in of prescriptions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations when handling prescription information.
- Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assists pharmacists and the team with pharmacy services.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales/healthcare/pharmacy is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and products.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of OTC pharmacy knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Working Conditions**

- Standing for extended periods.
- Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
