Location: Edinburgh
Full Time position - Hybrid working**

**Long term/ongoing temporary contracts leading to permanent opportunities**:

- £12.31 per hour
- 33 days holiday each year
- 5 days over 7, Monday - Sunday, various shifts available between 8am - 8pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer service focused role. Telephone centre.
- Fraud Department. Dealing directly with customer in Fraud related issues.
- Being able to use different software's and collect information.
