**We have an exciting opportunity for an administration role at our Lichfield branch at Pool House Vets**:
This role predominately focuses on the health and safety aspect and the day to day record keeping of all documents being filed for inspections, services of equipment and risk assessments. You will ensure any uploading of documents to our assure system are done in a timely manner. You will also be responsible that all health and safety advisories are picked up and actioned. Risk assessments must be completed regularly and reviewed and are in line with the Practice standards.

**About the role**:
The role is responsible for all 4 of our branches located in the area, this may include visits to our branches to ensure compliance is across the board. The role also includes:

- Organising our work experience students along with other administrative tasks from the Practice Manager.
- Working within our accounts department and line directly to the Practice Manager.
- Responsible for organising fire marshall training and first aid training for staff as an when renewals are due. Provide business support to Pool House and is a very important core part of the admin team.- Previous health and safety experience is advantageous but not essential. You must be familiar on how to use all office 365 software, any further programs are advantageous. The role is currently for a 20 hour per week position with a view to make this full time in the near future. The role will be working across 4 days per week with no weekends or bank holidays.
