**Sales Administrator, Poole, £24,000**

**The purpose of this role**

As **Sales Administrator** within this **cutting-edge** audio design and technology company, you'll be reporting into the Head of Sales and be responsible for **assisting and supporting the sales teams** with day-to-day administration and coordination tasks.

**As Sales Administrator you'll be responsible for**:

- Carrying out **day to day administration** for the Sales team
- **Ensuring all sales orders are processed** onto the company system accurately
- **Managing expectations on lead times** for products, ensuring any product constraints are communicated to the sales team
- Working proactively with the operations team to **expedite outstanding orders**:

- **Building and maintaining good working relationships** with UK and Far East office and all internal departments

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to work to given deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining a**high attention to detail**:

- **Effective** and **confident communicator** ensuring clear and concise **written** and **spoken communication skills**.
- Competent in being**computer literate** and using **Office software** (Word, Excel) as well as desirable experience in using **SAP B1 ERP software** advantageous
- Fluent in either Spanish, French or German is desirable, but not essential
