Head of Finance

Well known retail e commerce business based in the Irlam area requires a Head of Finance.

This is a newly created role that offers growth and development to the right person.

Duties of the role will include:

- End to end management of a Finance Team.
- All aspects of recruitment within the team
- Working with IT and department heads to improve current system capabilities around processes and reporting
- Oversee the statutory entities within the group, both within the group as a while and individually, considering financial and commercial reliance, cashflow and tax implications
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers and staff and improve their experience with finance
- Preparation and review of weekly contribution reporting by sales channel, alongside analysis of actuals compared to budget
- Presenting results to non-finance team members at weekly trading meeting
- Preparation and review of Channel P&L reporting and group overheads as well as the Balance Sheet
- Maintenance of cashflow forecasting - providing insight and aiding decision making in weekly meetings with CEO and CFO
- Management of International Payments
- Creation of payment recommendations for approval
