**Highfield House, Nuneaton**
Highfield House rehabilitation service works with Service Users to enable them to reach their potential to live as independently as possible in the community.

You will be working as part of a multi professional mental health team and working with other agencies both within and outside the Trust. The Service Users with whom you will be working with will be experiencing significant mental health problems with complex needs. You will be providing care in promoting independence and recovery through providing practical, educational and social support. You'll be working in a manner which empowers service users both within the unit and in community settings as part of a programme of care (via one-to-one and group activities).

You will need to demonstrate the ability to act calmly in a challenging situation and form positive therapeutic relationships with service users and their carer's. In the return we will support you in developing skills and knowledge through in
- house training and regular supervision.

Highfield House is a therapy led, 8 bedded stand-alone unit (Tier 3 Rehab) situated in Nuneaton. You will be expected to support informal clients who are capable of self-medicating, attending to their daily needs and who can access services in the community.

You will need to be willing to work flexibly, on a shift basis covering Long days and Night shifts.
