To assist the shop manager in meeting agreed sales targets
- To ensure that staffs are working properly and taking proactive action in generating sales
- Ensure shop and window presentation standards are met
- In the absence of the Manager deal effectively with complaints in accordance with company policy
- Minimise stock loss through fraud prevention including internal/external theft
- In the absence of the manager, ensure shop meets health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
