**Bonus Scheme**:Quarterly Bonus Incentive

**Please note, to be hired for this role you are required to successfully pass a DBS check, which will be funded by Eurogarges.**

**What will my role look like?**

As a KFC **Flex Manager** you are still a full-time manager but you will manage a variety of our stores as and when required to cover periods of annual leave, sickness or to support existing managers.

You are in charge of all aspects of the store you are covering including motivating, coaching and training teams, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries, ensuring stores looks vibrant and have a greatatmosphere and most importantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time. This isn’t a back office job, prepare to roll your sleeves up and engage with our amazing customers and get involved with food preparation

Having flexibility to work at different store locations and working hours is essential to this role. It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful flex manager but don’t be fooled, this doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and enjoy the benefitsand rewards that this role brings.

**What would my main responsibilities be as a Flex Manager?**
- Have flexibility on working locations and successfully manage stores which need your help
- Travel to different store locations to support existing store managers or cover absences
- Ensure our teams provide a fantastic customer service experience
- Coach, mentor and motivate teams to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks
- Look to drive store profitability and meet targets
- Prepare and serve our popular well-loved products
- Complete administration, stock take and banking / finance duties

**Got what it takes?**
- Flexibility with working hours / ability to travel to different locations
- Management / Supervisor experience is desired
- Bakery / Catering / Restaurant / Hospitality experience is even better
- Driver’s license
