The Academic Partnership Unit (APU) at Coventry University works across the University group to identify, develop and support academic collaborations between Coventry University, both in the UK and around the world.

We are looking for administrators to join us here in the Registry team. This role is varied and interesting, giving the opportunity to engage with collaborative partners as well as with a variety of stakeholders across the University Group. Registry as a large and diverse department within one of Coventry’s largest employers, offers a wealth of opportunities for personal and professional development in this dynamic and expanding organisation.

We work hand-in-hand with our academic colleagues, ensuring their academic journeys are excellent in every respect - from their first enrolment right through to graduation.

We’re not just looking for the ordinary; we need people who are energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced department and will be trained on University procedures and regulations, and in the best ways to support staff and students.

- **Tech ‘savvy’**: You’ll be comfortable with the MS Office suite, know your way around a Word document and spreadsheet, and keen to become an expert in our business systems.
