We are therefore delighted to be offering a Principal Registry Officer Post within our Registry Process and Development Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with demonstrable experience of Registry systems and business processes, and a discernible passion for embracing and implementing change.
Change is an integral aspect of Coventry University Group’s culture, and the post-holder will embrace rapid changes in business processes. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to identify issues and solutions, and to engage in a process of continuous improvement in support of our students’ journeys. The post-holder will be engaged in a range of corporate change programmes and local projects with the ability to provide Registry insight and expertise.
You will have a proven track record of professionalism in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with the ability to represent Registry and the University in both formal and informal settings. You will be highly organised and able to manage and prioritise your workload, working on your own initiative, whilst also recognising the needs of the team, to meet changing priorities. Experience of administration in a regulated environment as well as an understanding of, and commitment to, enhancing quality is also essential.
The post-holder will be employed in one area initially, but the role has tremendous scope for personal and professional development and you will be given the opportunity to move between Registry teams over time, allowing you to explore new aspects of HE and advance your professional development in a supportive environment.
