**Role**: Project Lead

**Function**: Delivery & Services

**Skills & Capability Requirements**
- A foundational understanding of Project Management, frameworks, key functions and Controls
- A proven track record of being part of a small sized project (min 3 months, value £100k) or above
- A demonstrable knowledge of a Project Management Office (PMO), its purpose, examples of cadence & governance.
- Ability to work within a high-pressure environment, being well organised and ability to prioritise your and others tasks
- Minimum of 3 years project or Business analysis experience within projects / improvement initiatives with benefits realisation.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience of Project Budgets
- Understanding of professional services, Business Strategic planning & continuous improvement
- Understanding of Business analysis, process mapping, business journeys, AS IS current State & TO BE future state
- Benefits Realisation & Target operating Modelling.
- Continuous Improvement ethic to improve smarttasking processes, create templates and efficiency.

**Additional**:

- Excellent Communication (verbal & Written) to all levels
- Excel to intermediate level (formula’s, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Project Management systems
- Visual process mapping tools like Miro, Visio, Lucidchart
- Ability to lead and develop early careers in Project management & Business Analysis.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
