**RECRUITMENT RESOURCER**

**CAMBERLEY or FARNBOROUGH AREA**

**SALARY UP TO £30,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION ON ALL PLACEMENTS**

**HYBRID WORKING - MIX OF HOME-BASED AND OFFICE-BASED**

Project Partners is a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in the Built Environment and Telecoms Infrastructure markets working with some of the UKs leading Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers as well as key players in the industry. Our ambitious growth plans include organic growth and opening and developing new offices.

**What’s the team like?**
You’ll be working with a Manager that knows the market and has made a success of this, who is leading from the front, hands on and continuing to recruit whilst managing a successful team.

**Responsibilities & Role**:

- Take direction from your manager in order to prioritise which assignments to focus on.
- Write well-structured adverts and ensure all job requirements actively being worked are advertised through the job advertisement portal.
- Prepare and present pre-qualified CVs to the clients.
- Liaise with clients on feedback and offers

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**

- Ability to develop strong and trusted business relationships.
- Great negotiator with a passion for recruitment
- A people person with the natural ability to build rapport quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
