A fast-growing company based in Guildford, Surrey,?is looking to take on a?Payroll Administrator. The organisation is fast growing and offers a friendly and supportive environment.

This business is responsible for a range of SME clients, providing payment services, mitigating employment status risk, payroll bureau, umbrella payroll and other financial services including end of year tax returns and VAT management.

**Day to day duties**:

- Invoicing clients
- Preparing payment schedules
- Liaising with clients
- Registering new contractors
- Updating the Payroll system with contractor details
- Handling new client calls to set up first trade
- Preparing bank files for upload
- Formatting payroll schedules from clients to import into the payroll system
- Ensuring accurate calculations
- Running payroll
- Running payroll reports
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Preparing PAYE payroll bureau
- Registering new contractors
- Handling Contractor queries
- Improving current processes
- Working to tight deadlines
- Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
- Answering inbound calls
- Supporting the growth of the business
- Issuing and preparing welcome packs for contractors

**Requirements**:

- Excel - Intermediate or Advanced
- Must be a good learner, working to instruction, process driven and good communicator
