**About Our Client**:
My client is a fast growing data technology company based in Canary Wharf. They were founded 5 years ago and have doubled in size each year.

They are now looking to hire a Credit Controller Junior to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 12 months experience to work in a growing company and learn new skills, or someone from customer services from professional service who wants to move to Finance.

Sector: Technology & Telecommunications

**Credit Controller Junior, East London**
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Allocating customer cash from invoice discount provider/ customer remittances and ensure that they are allocated correctly on the customer account
- Checking if correct bank details have been used to pay debt. Then repost to correct account
- Checking that correct accounts have been uploaded to Invoice Discounter
- Ensure that any customer deposits (payments in advance) are allocated to the correct account
- Ensure that customer deposits are subsequently allocated to the correct invoice
- Run Creditsafe reports for new customers or customers where increased credit is required
- Applications to process for CMR (Current Credit Insurer) to approve credit for new accounts/ raising limits for existing accounts/ reporting late debtors to CMR
- Maintain the CMR buyer listings & ensure that correct credit limits are applied within Netsuite
- Monitor Accounts with Discretionary Limits to ensure that we remain compliant with CMR policies
- Provide Information to Financial Controller for weekly Exposure Report
- Inform Sales & liaise with Sales operations on customers who are on watch.
- Advise Sales and Customer service if credit limit is withdrawn or reduced by CMR and manage reporting of aged debt to credit insurer to ensure Titan receive their insured cover for any debtor losses
- Company card reconciliations
- Issue Mid-Month & Month End statements to Customers
- Pro-Actively chase Customers for payment & Date commitments.
- Manage Customer Queries
- Re-send Customer Invoices & credit notes if missing
- Ensure that the credit control contact and wider customer account record is maintained
