Are you a passionate Technical Administrator, looking for an exciting new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Technical Administrator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Sales team.
**Principle Responsibilities for the Technical Administrator:
- **
- Using their technical skills & knowledge to create and manage reports, customer communication portals, policies, KPI’s and other technical procedures.
- Carry out weekly and monthly audits at site, as well as evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate actions to correct any potential faults.
- To implement corrective actions should there be issues with production machinery, ensuring all machinery is kept in best condition possible.
- Record any data/information in relation to the quality of product.
- Dealing with customer telephone requests, attend daily meetings to record any issues from previous morning/day.
- Design and develop new or existing products, document all product changes.
**Person specification:
- **
- Fantastic IT skills within Microsoft office and external databases, must be quick to learn basic software within the business.
- A recent employment history with data collection, management and analysis as well as knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of food industry & NPD processes.
This is a full time permanent Technical Administrator position, hours are **07:00 - 16:00,** offering an annual salary of **£27,000 - £29,000** plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
