Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: £24,258 per annum (pro-rated for part-time staff)

**The ‘Wow’ about the Role**:
The successful person for this role will be proactively supporting the Stevenage centre, supporting clients and the Centre Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the centre

**Key Purpose of Role**

The purpose of this role is to be the main Receptionist/Client Support Assistant at our Stevenage Centre, with the opportunity to gain experience in client acquisition and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the general running of the business centre. That’s everything from front of house, client and community engagement events, to conducting viewings of the centre.

**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for internal and external clients
- Receptionist duties including but not limited to:

- Answering calls and taking messages where required
- Ensuring visitors sign in/out
- Manage distribution of card passes / fobs
- Manage distribution of car park permits
- Organising incoming and outgoing posts/parcels
- Updating and maintaining CRM system (MS Dynamics 365)
- Meeting room Bookings preparing and maintaining the meeting room ensuring catering, equipment etc are organised effectively
- Virtual Clients
- Managing the end to end virtual office client journey
- Support the growth of virtual office client base
- Completing administrative tasks as directed by Centre Manager or Operations Manager.

**Client Acquisition**
- To update and control enquiries within the first hour of contact
- To Maximise revenue by upselling products across the centre
- To work with the Sales Lead and Digital, Communications and Marketing team to develop marketing and sales campaigns that promote the centre and its services

To meet and maintain all standard of quality as required contractually by Wenta and as stated in the Wenta Client Charter.

To proactively promote our Wenta Net Zero support service to all clients, with a goal to reduce our carbon footprint and support businesses in their sustainable goals through our subsidised service.

Every Wenta team member will be able to become Action Zero Accredited as part of Wenta’s commitment to our Net Zero goals.
