Get on the fast track to become a Shack Trainer and Cross Trainer at a pace that YOU have the opportunity to drive **Qualifications**: - No previous experience required - Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus - Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment - Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities - Open availability is strongly desired - Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality **Responsibilities**: - If you have the personality and pace to work as a team member in this fast-paced environment then working for Shake Shack could be the start of an amazing career in hospitality - Motivation to learn and grow in a professional, high volume, team-oriented environment - Must demonstrate reliability to deliver service in a fast, friendly and accurate manner - Food preparation, cooking and cleaning - delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests **Our Benefits Include**: - Starting hourly rate £11.44, under 18 hourly rate £6.65, completion of training on four stations hourly rate will increase by 50p per hour - Bonus scheme - Company pension - EAP (employee assistance programme) - Career development opportunities - we are growing - Free drinks and food on lunch breaks and 30% staff discount on food outside of work - Part and full-time work with flexible hours **About Us** Beginning as a hotdog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table.
