Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the team of runners, coordinating their tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of food and drinks to guests.
- Oversee the setup and organization of the dining room, ensuring all tables are prepared to the restaurant’s standards before service begins.
- Assist in running food and drinks to tables, ensuring proper presentation and that dishes reach guests at the correct temperature.
- Monitor the flow of service, identifying any potential issues and addressing them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise new runners, ensuring they understand their roles and are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and readily available.
- Communicate any guest feedback or special requests to the appropriate team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Runner, Food Runner, or in a similar support role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure, ensuring efficient service during busy periods.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Physical stamina and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods, as well as the ability to carry and balance multiple dishes.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
