Customer Service Administrator

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you would be supporting the order and dispatch of a huge range of products on behalf of our international clients. I.e.,
- Setting up customer accounts and ensuring up to date.
- Arranging payments and invoicing.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Monitoring stock across a wide range of SKUs/ products.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills - essential.
- Collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork - essential.
- Attention to detail - essential.
- Able to use own initiative - essential.
- Highly organised - essential.
- Calm and resilient ability to problem solve - essential.
- Able to navigate bespoke software/ databases - essential
- Awareness of Panaz products and knowledge of têxtiles - (training offered.
Core hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week between 8.30 am and 5 pm. Monday to Friday, (early Finish Friday 3 pm)
