**Customer Service Administrator**

Panaz are an award winning, market leading supplier of contract têxtiles. With an enviable stock position, and an innovative logistics hub - we consistently achieve customer excellence. Following an internal promotion, we are now looking for an experiencedand customer focused administrator to complement our UK Customer Service Team.
- Core hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week between 8.30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. (With an early finish at 3pm on Fridays)
- Annual profit related bonus which typically represents 3% of salary.
- Progression and funded training opportunities owing to the growth of the department and the company.

The role compliments a wider team of administrators and will likely include
- Working closely with warehouse & logistics teams.
- Sales order processing.
- Customer query handling - e.g., stock checks, price checks and order status updates.
- Building relationships with external stakeholders -e.g., field-based Sales Managers.
- Ability to interact collaboratively and positively with internal stakeholder support functions.
- Digital IT skills / Excel/ Use of bespoke platforms.
- Attention to detail
- A self-motivated and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop oneself.
- Excellent communication skills.
