We are recruiting for a Customer Service /Sales Support team member to join our Retail team.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

- To answer incoming calls and assist customers with enquiries, orders, and any issues they may have relating to an existing order
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and customer orders
- Resolve customer complaints calmly and efficiently

You may also be asked to contact customers regarding their existing orders, and, also our Wholesale customers to see if they want to place any new orders with us.

You must be flexible in your approach to work, possess excellent communication skills and have a polite, positive, and empathetic attitude towards customers. The ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure is also required.

You must be able to communicate in English and follow written instructions. Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage. This is a varied role and training will be given.

When you are fully trained, you will be required to work from home on alternate weekends but will be given the equivalent amount of time off the Friday before your weekend working from home.

The **hours of work** for the roles are as follows:
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keighley BD21 5BU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- telephone customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Inbound telesales: 1 year (preferred)
