**£12.50 per hour**
**Required: 37.5 hours, 8.30am to 5pm**
**Start date: ASAP**
**Overview**:
You will be working for a local healthcare provider who are proud of delivering patient-led, high quality health and social care within the Kingston community.
You will be responsible for the marketing and coordination of training including course administration, ensuring the smooth running of all Learning and Development events and providing general admin support to the HR team.
**Daily Duties include**:
- Arrange in-house training events
- Coordinate, facilitate and manage Induction training days for new starters
- Arrange catering, and maintain the supply throughout the sessions
- Ensure all development and training records are logged and entered into the OLM
- Manage the assignment of training to individuals using the OLM system
- Confirm course details via Outlook appointments to delegates and follow-up course participants who do not attend, alerting their Line Manager of absence
- Record and monitor all training and development in the learning management system and assist with the production of routine reports
- Support the apprenticeship scheme
- In conjunction with the Learning and Development Manager, monitor course numbers for publicity materials and advertise in accordance with the Learning and Development Strategy
- Check and maintain the accuracy of training records through the use of regular and ad-hoc business reports
- Monitor generic mailboxes and deal with queries in a timely manner
- Prepare course publicity, training brochures, course programmes, questionnaires and pre-course reading materials
- Support the annual training needs analysis process by collating information and assisting with the evaluation and final report

- Ideally Learning & Development qualification or equivalent
- Ideally worked within Health & Social Care Sector
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong administration experience
- Takes initiative and is enthusiastic
