**Project Sales Administrator**
WB Power Services are currently recruiting for an Project sales administrator to work in our busy head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for an Administrator to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Administrator to support the team through these exciting times.
WB Power Services is a leading generator specialist that provides solutions, maintenance, sales and hires to customers across the UK. **The role**:
- Quality checking and data cleansing of information held within the system
- Initiating and then maintaining a data base of acoustic container, fuel tank, SCR and flue solution quotations for easy future use including some standard solutions
- Follow up calls
- Book appointments and seminars
- Preparation of quotations and tenders
- Secure supplier quotations
- Getting potential customers credit checked and preparation done for order placement
- Document preparation for hand over
- General housekeeping of departmental documentation
- Eventual production of standard quotations
- Where required, provide administration support to the wider sales team
- Undertaking any training that is required
**The person**:
- Ideally 3 years or more in a sales admin environment
- Possess fantastic organisation skills
- Computer literacy is a must - we use Microsoft office of familiarity with these packages is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to work on own initiative
