Your next role will see you taking up the role of Service Coordinator, your main duties will consist of pulling jobs through in advance to ensure that the engineers you are responsible for have jobs planned for a minimum of two weeks in advance for all pre-planned jobs. You will also plan re actively to call outs ensuring that engineers attend in set KPIs

Your meticulous attention to detail will come through when checking job histories and contract notes to ensure that information is there, is accurate and relevant to allow the job to be completed.

Checking time sheets against times allocated will allow you to ensure that your jobs are running efficiently and planned effectively, and any discrepancies will be highlighted to the Service Manager

What are we looking for:

- 2 years or more in an administrative/customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- 40 hour working week; Monday -Friday
