We are looking for an Administrator to join our busy and growing Holistic Financial Planning Team. Part-time hours to suit, this role could work around school hours or your other existing commitments.

This is a key role in our growing team - providing support to the Client Services Co-Ordinator and the Team.

This role is critical to the smooth running of our business. You will need adept organisation skills and strong attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in Holistic Life Planning - a fast growing area of financial services that can provide excellent prospects. You will join a friendly, committed team and have opportunities for continued career and skillsdevelopment.

Experience in financial services is preferred, but not essential. The role will suit someone who is naturally organised with administration experience.

You'll be providing efficient, effective, and professional administration support. There are lots of opportunities to grow your skills and duties are varied and will include:

- Draft engagement letters, track documents and prepare for signature.
- To provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support.
- Track and resolve outstanding issues.
- Updating and maintain the Office database system (Intelliflo).

**Essential Skills**

Previous experience providing office administration services.
- Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all-round IT skills.
- Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Strong command of spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise your work and work under pressure and to deadlines (although we try to avoid this, it sometimes happens).
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- A strong team worker.
- Initiative to work on your own when required.
